Application procedure
Our response
Your application will be sent to our recruitment team and you will receive a response within 24 hours. You will be informed if you will be invited for an interview or if we need more information from you. It may take a little longer or your application may not have reached us, in which case please contact us via WhatsApp or the contact form.
Intake interview and tour
Congratulations, you have been invited to visit us so that we can get to know each other. You will receive an email from us confirming the date, time, address, contact person and what the intake will look like. If you have applied for a job as a meat deboner, meat cutter, packer, machine operator or logistics employee, we will start with a tour of our production environment and, after a short briefing and explanation, you will be able to show us what you can already do.
Not invited? That is a shame. But do not be discouraged. Check this website regularly, sign up for our job alerts and follow us on our social media channels; LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram.
Signing the contract
If both you and we are still enthusiastic after the tour, and your skills match the vacancy, we will take our time to go through all the terms and conditions of employment with you. If you are happy with all the terms and want to start immediately, we will agree a start date and draw up the contract. Of course, you may want to think about it for a while, in which case we will discuss when you will give us your feedback.
Getting started
Your first day at work can be exciting, with new colleagues in a new environment. We will guide, train and show you the ropes from day one. We will also train and teach you about (food) safety and hygiene, and provide you with work materials, work clothing and personal protective equipment, as well as a locker for your personal belongings.
Information and communication
To ensure that you are always up to date, you will receive all information via our GOEDEGEBUUR app, such as the weekly schedule and all our employee activities. Useful information about holiday requests, sick leave, company rules, procedures and much more can also be found and read whenever it suits you.
