The fact that the majority of our employees have worked with us for many years, often until their retirement, is the most important confirmation of being a good employer and we are proud of that.
The COV (Central Organization for the Meat Sector) has drawn up a COV Fair Employment Code. With this code, they and we want to contribute to, among other things, more security for (international) Flex employees and an increase in quality standards. As a member of the COV, we expect the best from ourselves, but also from the external partners we work with.
We only work with external partners who have an SNA (Stichting Normering Arbeid) quality mark. And if external partners also offer accommodation, they must also hold an SNF quality mark (Stichting Normering Flex-wonen). These certifications are requested and checked by us every year. Our team regularly inspects the homes offered by our external partners to ensure that they meet the standard.

We work with a transparent remuneration system. This means that we explain in complete transparency and in the correct language which employment conditions apply. Think of; salary, travel allowance, allowances, overtime compensation and pension scheme. We are affiliated with the CAO for the Meat Sector. The laws and regulations laid down in this apply to everyone who works for us and is entitled to them. We also have a special HR contact person within our company for all questions that our employees have about their employment conditions or other topics that they want to discuss.
We are a modern company with hygienic and safe working conditions. We pay a lot of attention to good working conditions and technological innovation. The IFS and BRCGS food certifications, at the highest possible level, are a confirmation of this.
